Touring is my favorite part of the job.  I love learning about your needs and wants and my goal is to find the home you love.  That may mean looking a lot of homes, but finding a home is a process of discovery and it takes time to pinpoint all the nuances that make up the perfect home for you.  Once we determine that, I will save you time by previewing properties and only show you those that fit your criteria.


When you are in the process of searching for a home, I am in very regular contact with trends, statistics, and new inventory so you don’t miss the “one” or get blind-sighted by the current market conditions.


It can take more than just price to get into contract. It means knowing the contract intricacies, the latest industry practices, and what is most important to the seller in order to craft a compelling offer most likely to receive a response.


From the beginning to contract through the close date there may be negotiation.  I am a certified negotiation expert and have training and experience to negotiate even the toughest contracts.  I’ve found that a “win-win” philosophy results in the most positive experience and best outcome for my clients.


Getting into contract is just the beginning of the process.   There many critical steps on the path to close and I will keep you on target to make sure we stay within the all the contractual dates and fulfill all our obligations to get a successful close.
